Honestly the perfect short. Wide waistband, doesn't pinch the thigh like a sausage, no camel toe situation, very soft, stays in place throughout my runs and workouts. My only gripe is avalibility, especially in Canada. At first I wanted the featherlite 6" short, however they didn't have much stock to be shipped in Canada. These are incredible, so no complaints with the serenity. I would love to buy a matching set of the strappy bra with this short/the featherlite soon, so I will inquire about avalibility soon.

I've owned 10 pairs of Serenity shorts over the years and they used to be my favorite. Never pilled, never rolled up, never squeezed my thighs, stitching was high quality and they were flattering. Sometime last year the fabric changed to slightly more stretchy and silky, however now they roll up something fierce, cut into my thighs, pick up more lint and the stitching quality has declined. I first noticed this with a Galactic Cobalt pair I bought which had a seam unraveling while trying them on for the first time. They also rolled up just doing bodyweight squats. I thought it was a fluke, so I bought another pair in black during Black Friday. Same thing, they drove me nuts on leg day having to pull them down. I have an older black pair in the same size that doesn't do that, so I know it's not the color. Stamp still shows 75%/25% spandex, but something has clearly changed. I contacted Kamo about that and never heard back. Disappointed and as much as I support Kamo, I cannot recommend the Serenity shorts anymore. Maybe you can get lucky with older stock on Amazon.

I waited some time for these to come in, but let me tell you they were 100% worth the wait! (I also ordered during Black Friday sale so I totally understand it taking a little longer) I am 5’10 220lbs and athletic, I have a 51 in hips and 34 in waist, got myself a XL in the 6 inch serenity shorts and they became my new favorite pair of shorts as soon as I tried them on. With my size I find it hard to find good pairs of shorts that are 1. Long enough and 2. Squat proof and these shorts pass both tests w/ flying colors! I was skeptical that there was going to be something I did not like about them due to how affordable they were, and normally when I buy cheaper the quality sacrifices. That was not the case! You can tell Kamo really focuses on quality also because the material is great & I don’t have any issues with the thighs rolling up or the waistband rolling down. Did I mention TOTALLY squat proof?! I will 100% be purchasing from Kamo again & if you’re on the fence and reading this review…just add to cart already! You won’t be let down ;)

These shorts are soft and fit like a glove. They roll down minimally but still comfortable and shapely. They will withstand your heavy leg days.

I absolutely love the Serenity Shorts - the 6" is the perfect length!
I weigh about 130 lbs and are wide in the bottom - I can fit a small or medium. The small gives you a bit more compression if needed. There are amazing to go running as they do not move.

I love Kamo Fitness Shorts, they are all I wear to the gym. Sadly, I received these shorts (Serenity 6” shorts Dark Matter) and the tie-dye print has an unflattering and embarrassing print in the shape of an oval on my lady parts. I have been trying to exchange them for another pair for the past month. Customer service is extremely difficult and not helpful at all!! I hope they change their return/exchange process. Because I do love their clothes.

These shorts are stunning and so flattering on the booty. 4/5 stars because the featherlite ones have my whole heart, but I’ll probably order more of these as well!

These shorts are so soft and comfortable! I am about to order another pair. I wore them on a run outside on a sunny day today and didn’t feel too hot either. So I love that they’re breathable. I got the black and I plan on dressing them up to wear in a regular outfit too.

I LOVE these shorts. I got them in the color Java brown as that was what was available; side note: would love to see a restock with more colors. They are brushed, not a sleek traditional legging fabric but definitely not quite as soft as some other brands soft leggings. I don't mind, to me these are more wearable day to day as they don't explicitly look like either lounge wear or gym wear (could be either depending on your needs). The fit is beautiful, they have a tapered waistband that really snatches the waist. The seams on the back also make a v shape and enhance your booty. They are a really cute length too, even though I'm on the shorter side they didn't make me look short like some longer shorts do.
Only issue is a little quality control. Mine had loose strings and seams along the bottom of the shorts. Would prefer not to have that on brand new clothing items but oh well.

The serenity shorts are my favorite workout shorts of all time. They are nice and high waisted, the length is great, super stretchy so they don’t squeeze my thighs, and all around flattering. Love the pine grove color too, it is a little bit brighter than I was expecting but absolutely gorgeous. I have both a size L and XL in this style of short and both work great, L stays up a little bit better on me though.

I got the new java brown color and now this pair is my absolute #1. Please launch more earthy colors!! (in both shorts and leggings)!

The material is so buttery soft and the length is perfect! The color is amazing and they are my new favorite workout shorts! I got them in size M and I’m a 29” waist.

I first learn about this sportswear brand through Kathryn Mueller. I decided to give it a try. Sadly, I chose the wrong size because I'm usually an S, and I don't know why I bought an XS. I realized this when I received the item, and since I bought it on sale, I didn't try to change it. Despite this, the sizing issue has not stopped me from using it. Additionally, I love the colour because It looks really good, particularly when you are tanned in summer. Finally, the shorts are squat-proof when using nude underwear, but they are not sweatproof, which can be expected since the colour is light.

These shorts are ALWAYS what I reach for in my closet. They are the perfect length, perfect soft and stretchy fabric, and also no front seam + curved glute seams. They do not cut into my thighs on the leg seams. These are very flattering and perfect for my weightlifting workouts. I have never found this quality and fit for shorts for this price! I wear a small.

This shorts are okay, more for casual wear than working out in my opinion. They are not nearly as compressive as the Ellyn Shorts 6" and you can see panty lines through them unlike the Ellyn shorts. If you're looking for high quality work out shorts, maybe try another option from Kamo.
