Your domestic orders will be at your doorstep within 5-7 business days after processing. For our international customers, your orders will typically be delivered within 7-9 business days post-processing. Please note, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, item location, and parcel destination.

Processing Time:

We strive to pack and ship your orders on the same or next business day. However, during peak seasons like holidays, product launches, etc., shipping may take two to five business days. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Multi-Carrier Shipping:

We ensure your orders are routed to the best warehouse based on your location and product availability, optimizing for ground transportation. We use a mix of international, national, regional, and local carriers (e.g., DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to bring your packages closer to you. Occasionally, items from your order may be stocked in warehouses located in different countries, in which case a per parcel shipping fee will be displayed and charged during checkout.

Possible Delays:

We do our utmost to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, on rare occasions, packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. When opting for our Expedited or 2-day shipping options, please remember that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.

Lost Packages:

The carrier is responsible for all mail pieces that undergo delivery services. Kamo Fitness is not liable for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost, or stolen packages during transit. If your package has not been delivered, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in locating your missing package.
