Return and Exchange

LOVING YOUR KAMO FITNESS GEAR? That is the greatest reward in the whole world for us.
NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE? We are here to help you exchange or return the pieces you do not love.

Items are accepted for return within 30 days of their ship date subject to the following provisions.

Garments must be in unworn condition with all tags attached, in their original packaging. Quick try-on is cool, wearing items for the day or at the gym is not.
We do not take back any worn, washed or damaged merchandise including, but not limited to makeup, deodorant, stains, smell, excessive animal/human hair, fuzz, lint, etc.
We are entitled to refuse a return if the product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing accessories, tags or original packaging.

We offer FREE exchanges on domestic orders but at this point in time we cannot offer free returns for any purchase.
For international orders we do not offer exchanges but we allow returns. You are responsible for shipping us your returns using a carrier of your choice.

When exchanging items you can opt for a new size, color or even for a completely different style or product.
If you are not presented with an exchange option please reach out to our customer service team. When the item you selected is not in stock anymore or sells out, we will process a refund instead.
In case you are not entirely happy with the exchange piece(s) we can accommodate another exchange or a refund but shipping cost to send the item(s) back to us will be the responsibility of the customer.

When returning an item you can either generate a prepaid shipping label from our system or you can use your carrier of choice for the return.
The cost of a prepaid return label is based on the weight of the package and it will be deducted from your refund (exchanges are FREE).
When using your own label please make sure to include your order number otherwise we might not be able to identify and process the return.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return from the day we receive it. During peak season (i.e. Holidays, product launches, etc.) return processing may take up to 10-15 business days.

Once your return has been inspected and confirmed, we will either process your refund to your original payment method, initiate your exchange, or issue your store credit as requested.
If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition a disposal fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund. If you’re submitting a return for store credit, your disposal fee will be waived.

Once you have started a return please ship back your items within 7 days from your request. Otherwise, we might not be able to accept your return.

Any returns that are delivered outside of 60 days of the delivery date of your order may be subject to denial. Please contact us if your return is delayed unexpectedly.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
