If you've ever slipped on a reformer in ordinary socks, you'll get why the grips are there. And because they're soft cotton, you can keep them on for the coffee afterwards.
Silicone dots on the sole help you hold your position on the mat or the reformer.
They're 81% cotton, so they feel soft and breathable, with just enough stretch to move with you.
A little compression around the arch keeps them from sliding or bunching while you move.
